What happens to servers..?

The situation is very annoying. Every time you reach a crucial stage, your connection with the game is interrupted because of poor servers. I hope to find a solution soon for this annoying problem. The prizes that come after every similar problem are not the root solution to this problem. They are only an anesthetic for users to overlook the problem.
