Is this a problem or because we have 3 BG in War?

I'm not a noob at all but I was checking the opponent's in war and can't see any info on them. No health, no rating. Is this something that happens with 3 BGs or is this a bug? Could they be cheating? I don't know what to think. Thanks in advance for any insight.

Bug. You can see their attack team if you click them on the map.

The defenders are hidden once your ally's war rating gets high enough. In Tier 4 (war rating of over 2k), we can only see the mini-bosses, but the other nodes only show the stars and class of the defender. Only way to reveal the defender is to fight against them.

Thanks JRock808, tried that and it worked. Dexman1349, I was just meaning the normal, health and stuff you see when you check their progress. Thanks a lot guys, much appreciated!
