Why don’t kabam make some changes to how they communicate with there players ? Why don’t you hire ?
Wouldn’t it be so cool if you could talk to support directly ? Without having to use a ticket and wait it out to then be ignored ? Why don’t you hire some staff to interact with the player base on applications like Facebook messenger line app discord and things like Twitter ect ??? Maybe have some 24hr support who work from home ? I think it would be much much better than the current ticket option. That’s just soul destroying and boring. The entire process after just a few times make you just not wanna complain anymore or was that the desired intention ? Anyways let’s ask the community. Who would like to see a much faster much easier way to communicate with the relevant support needed directly ??? As in relay messages to one another through an app that’s instant.
