Should we have quick silver as a new champion?

Like quicksilver would have stun based moves or something like that. Idk im still new to the game but id love to see him implemented into the game.🤔

    Quicksilver will lag the game so much that it looks like you are in slow motion, but kabam will be like" that's not lag, it's a feature!!"
