Alliance and related activity lag

Actually when i open the alliance tab, AQ tab, AW tab, the game hangs there and not goes further. Due to this problem, i have not been able to participate in any of the alliance events for the past 15 days. Please look into this issue. I have also attached a screenshot with this post

the lag is always random....random spikes of lag...each update seems to make it return with a vengeance
