Is it only me or Why does my ghost not land 3 critical hits(1 instead)when I do it while phasing?

Alliance and related activity lag
Actually when i open the alliance tab, AQ tab, AW tab, the game hangs there and not goes further. Due to this problem, i have not been able to participate in any of the alliance events for the past 15 days. Please look into this issue. I have also attached a screenshot with this post
