A 5* Generic Awakening gem is not enough compensation for all these outages...

This is already indubitably unacceptable by any normal standards. Sure, technol fails occasionally but the frequency of these outages is already getting out of control.

Maybe it’s time to hire a 24 hour systems admin team that will ensure 24/7 uptime? Surely all the money this game makes doesn’t only go to the stakeholders, no?

I've waited far too long and read enough comments to see where this is going. Compensation is far from coming our way, and while we're waiting for it, check the next update next month to see the overheating again.
Just continue "measuring the impact" while the wait itself (for at least an apology) is killing off players from the game.

I remember when they gave out that 5* gem based on rating... I missed out on that gem by less that 1k rating... I was pretty mad at the time... Still am in fact, I have learned the secret to being angry from Banner though...
