Rank up suggestion

I have both Gladiator Hulk and IW Cap and both are Duped. I can't understand which champ to rank up. Please anyone give suggestion please.

I’d say it’s based on personal preference, cap iw is more versatile, but if you have issues with champs like magik and dorm then go gulk
