Reset Password


From the in-game menu trying to reset your Kabam password is supposed to send you an email with a Reset Code. However this email is never send. I've tried on 2 of my accounts with different email addresses and both don't work.

I've also checked the spam folder, and nothing is there. Which makes me believe that something is wrong at the server end.

    Please follow the instructions in THIS article to try resetting your password again. If that fails, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team for further assistance.

    You can submit a Support ticket by clicking on the grey gear shaped icon, located in the top left corner of the game's Home screen. From there, tap the button that says “Support”, and then tap on the option for “Need more help? Contact us”.
