Random Bans & Issues With the Timeline of Bans

I’ll get into the bottomline of this.

My friend “DS Racer” (his in game UN) was accused of violating the terms of service by sharing an account/or using 2 accounts in the same device, well. Those 2 accounts are his to begin with so where’s the violation in the situation?!

And that’s not the whole story, his ban was ended on the 8th of August, however the day after around 7:45 AM he was able to log in as expected due to the temporary ban was over, but now, today (10-8-2018) for some shady reason he’s unable to log in again without any explanation.
