Kabam Package

I wonder why the Cinematic Package is available on my main account level 45, but not my second account level 25?

Kabam, is there a delay or it's only avail. to high level accounts???

Probably because some if the difficulties are only available if you are lvl 40 or higher. So being under that level you may not get those same sales.

I started a new account 10 days ago I'm level 26 and have not had 1 single offer at all. My main account is level 58 and gets all the offers. Also the new account is still giving me very poor 7/22 hour solo events. Finally at the start of my second week I started a week 2 beginners calender and a day later it vanished. Good job I'm in a gold alliance so get some thing decent to help me progress.

Some Offers are available at Level 40 and over.
