How to get a marvel insider account?

Can someone please help me I'm trying to get a marvel insider account but when I go into it it just redirects me to the marvel website.

They are associated together. Nothing to do with MCOC though... as far as accounts go.

Are you a US resident? My understanding was that it was a requirement for Marvel Insider. If you signed up via something that said otherwise it could be blocking you.

And then click on marvel insider it just brings me back there
