Aw demotion

We recently got demoted in AW. I have sent multiple emails regarding this with generic response coming back. So maybe someone here can answer my question. In our alliance we have multiple guys that own multiple accounts. We don't play other players accounts if you can't clear your path you get replaced plain and simple. So by many of us owning multiple accounts in the same alliance is this why we got demoted? Do you guys take this into account?

Some one used mod in your ally damn sure. Kabam demotes i aw when someone in your ally uses mod. As far as i hv seen aw demotion does not occur due to account sharing.

Hey there, owning and playing multiple accounts is allowed so long as the only person playing each account is the one who created it. You can find a bit more information on that here and the terms of service here.
