Its only on iOS

I have it on my nvidia k1 shield tablet with 2gb of ram. My Samsung tab s2 with 3 GB ram does not get it so no idea what qualifies for it. It's annoying though and can hamper play so be glad you dont have it

I have the weather system in game and it slows gameplay. Also how is the op not banned after posting nudes on the forums this morning?
