5.3 node description doesn't match how it works

I know this is pretty old by now but its dumb that this was just allowed to happen. The description states that "All Champion Classes but (enter specific class here) reduce attack by 50%" not just you ALL CHAMPION CLASSES so then tell me why wouldn't This effect the opponent with the description of the node you would think It does.
