No, if you try to apply a second boost it'll ask if you're sure you want to replace it.
Best way to get XP is throw on a 50% boost and grind act 4.
I did this 2 days ago on my second account.
I'm trying to get level 40 so I can do epic gwenpool event, I went from level 36 to 39.5 in one night using about 12 energy refills
