Does iPhone x or xiaomi Black shark have the weather system?

If you mean by app, then yes the iPhone X would have the weather app. It’s standard and built into the phone’s OS. Not sure about Black Shark.

I used to have it at my old iPhone 5s and the mcoc would rain, blow heavy winds and so on to make it more beautifully with some extra 3D and suddenly it vanished. No more rains, no more blowing winds and such. I think it stopped to work because it caused lags mainly as it’s working in the background

Extra effects can't be turned off by the user (idiot user experience design) but are disabled if the device doesn't meat performance standards, like the ios updates or battery start showing their age.

if it's new, it'll ru every effect for a while.
