Where to Spend Mastery Points?

I have mastery points that I don’t know what to spend on. Any tips?

Post screenshots of your current set up here and your champs that you use - without that information it's difficult to say what would be best "for you"
Also if you let us know what you're aiming for that helps too (Uncollected / ROL etc)

It depends what level you are and what you have unlocked. If you're a new player then I think the focus should be (in this order):

Utility:
1/5 Limber
3/3 Parry
1/3 Dexterity

Defense:
1/9 Vitality
1/9 Greater Vitality
4/4 Block Proficiency

Offense:
1/9 Strength
1/9 Greater Strength
1/3 - 3/3 Courage (debatable but I like it)
1/3 Pearce
1/5 Lesser Precision
1/5 Lesser Cruelty
5/5 Precision
5/5 Cruelty

Then from there maybe:
Defense:
1/3 Salve
3/3 Recovery

After I got the above I went for Stupefy 3/3 in Utility because I like it but it's certainly not a necessity. Afterwards the really expensive masteries which I do not have but am aiming for:
Offense:
3/3 Glass Cannon
1/3 Despair
5/5 Deep Wounds
5/5 Assassin
