Does anyone know how long the lower arena cutoffs last for and how much easy it would be to get 3*/4* on a new account

Beginner bracket lasts 2 months, then intermediate bracket another month.
No idea about cutoffs. God-tier champs might go around 1-1.2 mil or so in the beginner bracket (4 star basic arena)

Beginner bracket (day 1-30)
Intermediate (day 31-60)
Veteran (day 61+++ onwards)

Beginner bracket arena;
3* featured 240k for safe (1-10%)
4* basic 650k and above for safe (1-10%)
4* featured 750k and above (varies alot)

Intermediate bracket arena;
3* featured 450k above (1-10%)
4* basic 1.25m and above (1-10%)
4* featured 500k(old champ), 1.5m for new champ)
