Where are we at Kabam?

So we've been dealing with overheating issues across both iOS and Android devices for quite some time now Kabam. Just wanted to find out where are we at with a resolution? I'd suggest we need some feedback on this issue amongst the plethora of other issues we have to deal with. Can we start a conversation with one of the senior mods to discuss just what is being done. Are you close to a solution? 20% there? 40% there? 60%? We deserve some answers.

We are still investigating and will update everyone when there is any new information to share, but there isn't at the moment.
