How can I get energy refills? Besides spending units?

So im in Act 1 chapter 4 trying to fully explore it for a 3 star crystal; but Im running out of energy, is there a way to farm energy refills or do I have to wait currently at my point in the game? Im rather new and just starting on act 2, level 21.

They are random drops on the Map, but Peak Milestones are a good source. Arena Crystals drop them as well, although I've seen one every 6 months or so. Lol.

At level 21 the best way to refill energy might be to actually level. Your energy refills to full when you reach a new level and at 21 it doesn't take a lot of XP to level up. If you have XP boosts I would recommend using those. Use them constantly at lower levels: they become valueless at higher levels anyway. No sense saving those.

There are people who have figured out efficient ways to level, you could google search or search youtube.
