Domino causing critical failure on Blocking

I have a very simple question. I was using RULK against domino. Whenever I am holding block or attacking into her block I am getting critical failure. Can anyone explain to me why that is? Is this a bug? Cause Red hulk Does not activate any ability that I know of while blocking. Same with Vision AOU SP1. Its a flat 100% chance to power burn and steal but I still get critical failure. How is that possible? @Kabam Miike

The vision one is easy, domino has 15% ability action reduction so his 100% is actually 85%, the Red Hulk one is maybe something do with his gaining heat charges from blocking but domino isn't mystic and she doesn't use energy attacks so not sure.

I’m still trying to figure this one out, but UC Domino with buffet is vexing to say the least. Two results from fights against her last night—one with a half health 6* Cage and one with 5* GR.

Both died on their feet—that is, they weren’t hit, only took block damage from a Domino Sp1 when she had the Lucky buff, always parried from a distance (i.e., no hits from failing to parry up close), and yet both processed loads of critical failures, which is what ultimately killed them.

Am I understanding correctly if I conclude that failing to make critical hits caused Critical Failure energy damage?

LC would be from failing to apply exhaustion on light hits. GR potentially for failure to apply judgments.

For GR, maybe at the outset, but I typically play Sp2+Sp1 for the quick three judgments, so I’m guessing the later failures weren’t for that. No clue otherwise.

For Rulk, I don’t know if domino initial double medium attack is considered an energy attack. If yes, then rulk may be failing trying to convert those into heat charges when blocking

Broken champs that earn stay broken. If she could coast through moneygrab content, she’d get fixed. Same as ever.
