Missing Cinematic Crystal

Hi there. I just spinned one of my cinematic crystal formed from shards, but unfortunatelly had problem with my conection - which means I got kicked from the game. When i logged in my crystal and shards were gone and I did not get anything from it. Is there any option to get it back?

    All I've noticed is there is 1 champ per account that doesn't show in the crystal. Even if I spin the crystal I can count only 19 champs. My main account after 376 crystals opened I'm still missing cap infinity war 2* and on my alt and scenario but 143 crystals opened and still no black panther civil war.

    Captain America Infinity War isnt in those crystals. As for BP Civil War, thats just unfortunate. Keep at it, he cant hide from u forever

    Hi!

    If you spun the crystal, you will have received a Champion from it. If you want to verify which you received, support can help you out. You can contact them by going to the gear icon in game and clicking "Support" under the Account header.

    Was my first 2* cinematic crystal from 1 vs 1 arena that I opened.

    All the rest took time to acquire and have not see cap iw since.
