Hey kabam! Why am I still stuck on the title screen!?

I posted shortly after v19 about being stuck on the initial title screen while connected to 4G. This only started happening after the launch of v19, no issues connecting while on wifi. I figured this months update would resolve the issue, but it didn't. V19 literally made the game unplayable.

Today, after I got home from work I went to login, because I can only get on while connected to WiFi. To my surprise, I wasn't able to connect while on wifi. I tried closing out and coming back in, restarting my phone, restarting my router, yet I'm still stuck on the God damn title screen. What's the deal? Is anyone else having this issue?

Yes on my other android phone I occasionally get stuck at the title screen while i'm connected to my wifi and it will continue to do so until I swipe it.
