Incorrect points for SA

About 30 minutes after Summoner Advancement started I opened a few crystals. 4 PHCs, a 3* shard crystal, a 4* shard crystal and a 5* featured shard crystal. I duped two 2*s, a 3* and a 4*. The champion I received from the 5* feature I immediately leveled up to 1/25. Now from the 5* alone I should be at 1625 (1000 points from the crystal and 25 for each level for 625). It’s been 2 hours since I did that and I’m only at 1370. I believe I only received 650 points from the crystal opening which is what you get for the standard 5* shard crystal
