Phoenix got fixed or still not worth the squeeze?

So, the new update say they fix Phoenix charge consume. I'm not really keep up with her but have her unduped. Is she worth the unlock stone or pass? I'm considering Yondu or phoenix.

    who knows with Kabam updates. They probably made it worse.

    Yondu is pretty good. Unless you're in a prestige race I would go with him.
