champions disappear

in Bugs and Known Issues
The email was banned for a month and when I opened another email and I lost some of the heroes they disappeared how does this matter?

    They were probably champs you received from the beta exploit

    If you used 3rd party applications to complete content such as Labyrinth of Legends, then Kabam would remove them. Another possibility is the Beta Exploit.
