Arena rewards crystal cornucopia 31/07/2018

I have still not received crystal cornucopia rewards for the arena dated 31/07/2018, despite kabam replying to both my requests with ticket no’s 04838891 & 04838892. They said they’d get back to me, and are still investigating as to what happened. I queried this again on both ticket no’s and they’re now both apparently closed. What is happening?!?ulyv2jl7e0hv.png
