Can someone explain me if anyone else has gone through this ?

It tends to happen from time to time in the high tiers. I know of some who have tied 2 out of 3 wars in one week lol

We tied a war once, only got loser rewards, dumb

Same thing here. I mean only war rating was affected but still loser rewards. What can I say one of Kabaam things of judging.

The game says you get the loser rewards, but really you're just not getting the victory rewards because you didn't win.

You didn’t win, so you couldn’t have gotten the winner rewards.

We had that happen once. It's nice not to lose but it sucks not to win. Lol
