New Cool Down Feature - Game Down?

Anyone else having issues with the game not connecting? If this is a new feature from Kabam for cooling down the devices please let me know. However, at this moment I cannot login

Nope...only took 12 minutes to connect. Guess it was just Verizon having this issue
