Why did all my Rankings change with the new Update?

After the Update, without changing my Masteries, a lot (if not all) of my Champions have gone down in their Power Rankings. Some are ahead of Champs that earlier today they were behind... any idea why, did I miss reading something in the Change Log?

    10% augment to health/attack ended with summoner appreciation.

    Ah!! Thank you so much! I read a lot, and try to learn all I can but I missed that one.
