Alliance War VS Alliance Quest

I was just thinking of this debate, as I have seen many Alliances on Global and in general argue a bit about whether or not one or the other is more important to players progress in game. Some only do Alliance War for Fun and focus more on it than AQ, but many also value AW over AQ because of the season ending rewards, and other reasons as well.

I don't know about the rest of you guys and gals, but I feel as if the catalysts fragments and whole catalysts themselves in AQ are slightly more important in terms of ranking champs to higher ranks to ram through Story Quest, Uncollected Event Quest difficulty, LOL, RTL, ROL, and Celebrity Challenge Quests. Where as AW is just for shards and the factor of playing against other alliances in real time PVP.

Aq for sure. aw is not fun anymore plus season rewards are **** now (unless your in platinum or master) and not worth the effort

War is more fun, both are important for progression. 18K T2AC shards per AQ cycle for finishing 1st, 12K T2AC shards for per AQ cycle for finishing 2nd-10th, and T5BC shards for finishing top 1,500 in war.

I'd like to see announcements about the LOL sequel and Act 6.
