What happens when you fully dupe?

Do you get Iso-8 when you fully dupe? My Unst. Colossus is almost max and I want something to look forward to.

max sig. crystals

After you reach max sig, the next dupe gets you a Max sig crystal as well as the ISO if I'm not wrong.

For most champs. Unstoppable colossus and punished don't give those or shards
