Should i go for the 4* crystal in event?

Here is my roster should i work on getting better 4* characters or should i bring to rank 3 my current ones?

are you talking the scrapyard? no go for cores or catalysts. new heroes are easy and you will get them eventually without even trying.

You have a Hulk and SW. I'd rather focus on getting either cores or catalysts (as mentioned above). Those two champs are really good

Cores. Get cores.

If you're already in an alliance, 4 stars will come when you're not expecting it. Go for cores as those will take you more further than any 4*.
