Used 200 units to revive in dungeon seven and was on final fight with cap iw at 2% and game froze and booted me, tried to get back on and it wouldn’t let me, then timer ran out on my partner and me. Kabam support sends a generic message. @Kabam Miike or any other moderators can I ask, if a person was to steal units wouldn’t they get banned, oh yes that’s happened. But when your company does the same and doesn’t help nothing happens. How is that fair? I’m sure there won’t be an answer or any real help but felt I needed to vent, and yes I’ve put in a support ticket, actually twice because the first answer was so generic, and got a different even more generic answer the second time. Thanks for the help!
