something wrong with guillotine...
why 3* 4* 5* and 6* versions of guillotine had same % about her sp3 ? all are limited at 2% ? when all others champs have this % increase for 5/6* ? will be fixed ? she should be at 5% per soul for 6* version !

i am not alone who think that. so i created a topic for see with you. Developpers should increase 5 and 6* guillotine % (4% for 5* and 5% for 6*)
