Has anyone else had issues with receiving MI rewards after a name change?

Every time I bought my package from Marvel Insider after my in-game name change, the reward would never come. I would have to open a ticket to get it added to my account.

It became so cumbersome I stopped worrying about MI after they offered the 2* Blade.

I guess I'm wondering if this is an issue anymore... Or, if it was just my awful luck.

    It happened to me too, but just the one time I did change my name. I cant remember who I didn't get but just counted it as a loss.
