Dungeon crystals

When I go to the dungeons tab to look at the crystals, I don’t have access to purchasing a 5 star crystal. Is there a requirement?

    Stop opening threads on a topic that's been answered 20 times today alone. It's in the announcement thread. You need 4,200 prestige.

    My prestige is well over 4,200 and I can’t see the 5* crystals either.

    Sorry Forgot to take my mastery’s into account turns out I’m just under the 4,200 not over.
