Nightcrawler Still Broken

From the 14.0 notes:

"Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue causing Nightcrawler, Crossbones, and The Hood’s Block Timers to reset when receiving a hit"

This has not been fixed, at least on nightcrawler.

    I just tested it in two play modes. Had a couple fights when hitting him reset the timer or the timer just didn't even come on. Had a couple other fights it worked fine.

    It is super frustrating when it happens, for sure. For me he has been evading before the stun timer is up after a parry.
