Got him last week and used an awakening gem on him up to level 12. Really like him. Has a lot of utility, consistent Regen which can stack, ability accuracy reduction, true strike, incinerate etc. Filling power bars gets him the Regen and power flood if awakened so I'm finding his sig quite useful (there are better mutants to awaken, but I've had that gem since December and no other good options, still don't regret using it though) The extra power gets more specials which is important for some of cables abilities. If you start a fight with parry then heavy, the opponent will Degen for a good duration and decent damage. Give him a try, you'll probably like him once you get used to how he works.

Imo he's better as an attacker, hasn't been that hard to fight when I've come across him. Using him on offence this war, should be quite good there.

Yeah definitely. The only thing his sig gets is the power flood. At level 12 I have a 30% chance to trigger power flood each time I fill a power bar and it gives 16.5% power over 10 seconds. Everything else he can do without being awakened, Regen, Degen, incinerate, ability accuracy reduction, true strike and so on. His sp1 will be unblockable if you have true strike btw

Nah. Sell...kidding. A bit low damage wise, but has great utility. Good acquisition there.

I really like my 3* duped Cable. Great attacker. His SP1 becomes unblockable for a time after you do SP3, so the extra regen from his awakening helps with that.
