Best champions to complete act 5, 100%?
Can I rely on champions 5/50 to do it? If it so, which ones

I did 5.4 last week and finished 5.2.4 and 5.2.5 this week. Unless your 5/6* roster is very deep you will probably need to use 5/50s and they can get the job done just fine. However, I primarily used 4/55s (Magik, Domino and Angela and 6* Nebula).

I used 5/50s extensively though for specialized things like Biohazard nodes, Caltrops, Resistor (?) and tough champs like Modok/Spidey/Electro. I used Ultron, Luke Cage, Iceman, Black Widow, Killmonger, AA, DV, Blade and others quite a bit.

Tough to answer because different node paths require vastly different champs. You need a wide variety and multiple different damage styles

I finished it with mainly 5 star Rank 4 AA sig 150 and 6 star angela they were the MVP for act 5 especially aginst last Og ultron Angela destroyed it and Redhulk 5 star R3 sig 120
And for all the bleed nods i used ultron 5 star R4
