I see they posted this was “fixed” and that all you have to do is completely restart the ap and the choice will pop up once you log back in. I tried this with no success. Then logged completely out and did the Kabam log in and still nothing. I understand things happen things go wrong but before announcing something is fixed in your official forums it would be nice if it was actually fixed so we aren’t all running back here to complain some more. I still have issues with the “fixed” overheating and power drain issue from July for example.
@Kabam Miike I have claimed appreciation crystal when I saw the mail. However, option of summoner appreciation package was not available at that moment. So am I still eligible to receive summoner appreciation package as I claimed the appreciation crystal which came with mail?
Kabam released a statement saying to restart the app and the packages would be available. This is not true. I still have not received anything. This back and forth business is exhausting
And now to boot it looks like we have emergency maintenance and please if you have a solution please don’t say that u will resend to everyone so some people get twice as much because they’re still is not fair
