Still didn't receive Summoner appreciation choice reward

Kabam said that the bug where people weren't getting their Summoner appreciation choice reward was fixed and that all you needed to do was restart the app completely, I've done that multiple times now and it still hasn't let me choose, all it did was send me a message that gave me a new 7 hour crystal nothing else. Please fix this soon.
