Make it about the players again

Let me start by saying I am going to try and do this in a constructive fashion. Not gonna just gripe and moan. When I first started playing this game years ago, it was fun getting to learn to play, get to know the strategy, get to meet new people, and when the game had an issue, they were quick to apologize and compensate players for time lost. Nothing extravagant, but just something to let the players know it was still about them. Now, on a daily basis, YES, DAILY basis, the game is either glitching, freezing, running in slow motion, or the most famous one, down for emergency maintenance. And to go along with all the downtime, and server issues, the players get generic responses every time. Looking into it, turn your phone on and off, reload the game. It seems like now, the blame is always being shifted to the players, not the game itself. And then, top top it all off, like Kabam is giving us a great deal, they try and sell a 10% of a tier 5 basis.. BASIC, for $100... are you telling me Kabam thinks a tier 5 basic is worth $1000??? Seriously? Make it about us again. Give the everyday player a reason to want to keep playing. Stop making it always about greed and how much money will the top alliances pay. There has to be a middle ground for EVERYONE else. Please help us get back to being about the players again.
