Does recovery affect blade's regen?

Like the title states, does it? Same for green goblin. Since GG's and blade's regen are not actual buffs and do not have the regen icon showing, are they increased by the recovery mastery?

Yes. The Recovery mastery has nothing to do with buffs.

No, it's based off Sig. Masteries won't change it

masteries actually do change it

It says on the Champions Spotlight for Blade that Recovery does increase Regen for the same amount of power.

Blade regens as much as his abilities state he should. Recovery adds to that number. Isn’t that the point?
