MCOC Designers: Where is your focus?

It seems like you guys are much more focused on the next "Special Deal" or "Offer" than you are in resolving the lags and drop outs. It's a real problem and I would hope that other players facing a lot of this will also resolve to put away their wallets until the game returns to a higher standard of playability.

The offers are predetermined and programed into the updates for the current month just fyi

Aside from predetermined and time-lined offers, those thinking up that don't design the champs, or code the gameplay, or manage the servers, or....
It's not just one guy sitting in his mom's basement..
