4* vs 5* rogue

4* is awakened( sig 20) and 5* isn't. Which and why?

rogue doesn't need to be awakened to be good.. would just be a bonus.. defo 5*

I don't think her sig is too good anyway. All it does is increase crit rate on life draining attacks, which she doesn't have too many of. She's just fine without it, so 5* should be fine.
