halls of healing begginer entry issue

both days of the halls of healing have been effected. the beginner does not allow me to enter 3 times. after the second entry it sais 74% completed and will not let me in for the third amd final lane. this is day 2 and the second time i was not able to earn the 100% begginer rewards.
veriozon, iphone 6s, 12.5 ios ingame name: tonydola. when i sent in a ticket they responded with i did enter 3 times and it was on me. i am 100% certain i only entered 2 times. on both occasions. so im trying my luck here. i will leave a screen shot.
to be clear both the first and second day of hoh has had this issue.
please look into this, thank you
