Being locked out of ongoing dungeon

Happened to me second time. No reaction in starting a fight in dungeon room, then if you exit the room and try to come back, the continur button puts back to the main menu screen. Dungeon chat is still live in the meanwhile.
Is this issue being investigated?
Any solution?
