Did not receive units from SA crystal...

Opened an SA crystal about 90 minutes ago and got units... they never showed up in my account, even after a restart.

I filled out a bug report, and they replied and basically called me a liar. They said the last crystal I opened was at 7:AM CST and was 4* crystals.

If that’s true, why is my account showing that my last SA crystal was claimed and opened 90 minutes ago?



The last person to respond actually told me that it’s my responsibility to screenshot every crystal I open.

Are you guys serious?

I can not believe how horribly customers are treated by this company. It’s absolutely unreal.
